Arbonne's RE9 system is working great for me. It is a 5 step system (I know, you're thinking like I have time for 5 steps!) but actually, it takes me about 2 minutes to get ready in the morning with it. I use the face wash in the shower, and as soon as I get out I mist my face with the spray on toner to re balance my Ph. I get dressed, then go back to put on the serum (it's an alphahydroxy to exfoliate.) Then comes the eye cream (it's heaven to put this on) and finally the moisturizer. I was intimidated by it at first. At night, do the same, only instead of the daytime moisturizer, you use the night cream. I have never, ever used a night cream before in the 20 years that I've been using make-up, but I love how my face feels in the morning when I get up! I follow up with the mineral foundation, which has an SPF 15 built in.

There are additional components that you can use with the RE9 system (a masque and a transforming lift to name a couple) but I have not used them, so cannot personally vouch for them. I do know that my mom (she's 56) has used the masque, and loves it. She was previously a Mary Kay consultant, but has stopped using it as Mary Kay is not an all natural company, as Arbonne is.

Whatever you use, make sure that you are using a sunscreen DAILY and that you drink lots of water. Water is KEY to keeping skin hydrated and keeping wrinkles at bay!!

This REALLY WORKS and is a simple, safe, natural, do-it-yourself, low cost treatment better than any surgery. Discovered treatment by chance when experimenting with healing my hypersensitive skin prone to flaking, spots and breakouts. It not only gave me a blemish free and youthful, healthy skin but to a remarkable degree diminished face & neck wrinkles and halted any more appearing. So much so that I am often thought to be 15 years younger. It also reversed skin aging, skin discoloration, removed age spots, even moles.
METHOD: Using an organic oil - tea tree oil works really well (it is a natural antiseptic) massage entire face (but be careful around eyes)and neck with a quite strong, vigorous motion (at night is best as it will make face flushed). Skin clinics and so called experts all tell you to be very gentle when face and neck massaging and so I was hesitant initially about massaging strongly but I found they were completely wrong. It stimulates and tones and makes skin vibrant and healthy. Massaging strongly is the key to this treatment. I found I could make it more vigorous as I progressed. Skin is always renewing, massage stimulates and hastens a new skin to emerge with noticably fewer wrinkles - see results in about two weeks. Initially, the skin has to adjust and if soreness, or reactions happen - stop and resume when you can. You have to find the pace that works for you - it's different for every person. Keep up a massage routine(not as vigorous) after that and face and neck will continue improving.
Try it ,you will be happy that you did.
Also for hands other parts of body there is a treatment equally as effective. Email me for more info.(see profile)

Long term: Sunscreen, Workout, drink water, drop the vices.
Short term: Mineral makeup applied lightly (heavy makes wrinkles look worse, light application softens them). There are many products out there. Try a small product at local drug store.
curl lashes (opens eyes), light blush on apples of cheeks.

Regardless of age, everyone looks great with a smile.

Try the Mary Kay Time wise Collection.

the 3-in 1 cleanser combines anti-aging benefits, plus three essential skin care benefits in one product... it cleanses, freshens and exfoliates. NO MORE COTTON BALLS. you can do it in your shower.

My favorite is the time wise Microdermabrasion Set, its amazing, it fight fine lines, refine pores and achieve beautiful smooth skin IMMEDIATELY, (THERE IS A FREE SAMPLE ON MY WEB SITE)

Also try the day and night solution;
Day- has a 25SPF sunscreen that helps prevent fine lines and discoloration before they occur by blocking UVA/UVB rays. It has a calming peptide to help relax expression lines.
Night- Provides a unique delivery system of encapsulated vitamins and antioxidants combined with collagen-enhancing peptides to help fade away deep lines and wrinkles.

They have so many different age fighting products, for eyes; if you smoke or have fine lines around you lips there is a product for that as well.

The Mary Kay time wise collection is amazing i have samples so if you would like to give it a try check out my web site.

Nutrition is of course very important and the fact that you drink enough water and eat enough fruits and vegetables plays a vital role but the products I would recommend are the L'oreal products. My aunt uses them and they have worked magic on her skin and I know some other people who use it and they're also very satisfied.
Don't forget to eat healthy and exercise.

Good Luck! :)

A good monthly facial with microdermabrasion is a good idea. Exfolliate 3 - 4 times a week, cleanse daily with a cream (not foaming) cleanser, moisturize every day and use a good serum.
