Im going back to school on monday and I am TIRED of being plain jane, going unnoticed. Ive been told a lot how funny I am but the problem is i want to pull everything together. When I go back i want to make an impression.....help me think of ideas!! I'm the attorney for defense and my client has been charged with attempted school bombing. The case is between her and the general public. One of the prosecution's witnesses is a boy who harrassed her and some evidence points to the fact that he might have set her up.

Am I allowed to, in the opening statement, talk about how the prosecution's witness may have set her up, or should I just focus on defending my client?

I went clubbing last night and this guy seemed interested in me. I noticed him checking me out, then he came up behind me and starting dancing with me. We were grinding, then my friend wanted to go to the bathroom, so I went with her. But as I was going with her, he was kinda following me and asked me what my name was. Then he stoped following me. My friend and I came back from the bathroom and went to dance in another section of the club. 15 minutes later some guy came up behind me and starting dancing with me. I looked behind me and it was the same guy. I think he was probably looking for me after I went to the bathroom, do you think he was? So after we danced for a bit, I told him that I had to leave soon & he asked for my number, I gave it to him, then he left. That was last night, (Friday) and now it's Saturday night and he hasn't called yet. Do you think he will call and if so when?
