I'm also using wireless, so I guess I can help you. What's the brand of your wireless modem? You should contact your Internet Service Provider and ask them to unbind (using an unbinder program) your cable internet connection in order for it to be compatible with your wireless modem. Once this is done, you can already use your internet connection.

hello it is very easy and simple, locate the lan cable which is coonected from your high speed modem to the main computer and unplug it from your computer and plug this one into your wireless router/modem, if all of your computer are wireless capable , if your wireless/modem came with a cd. follow he steps on it, if one of your computers doesnot have wirelss your wireless modem/router may also have a wired port also so using a 2nd lan cable plug in and run it to which ever computer you wish to run wired, i always run my main system wired and the rest wireless, but i use it as a server base, if your wireless router/moden doesnot have a lan port you may want to purchase a ethernet hub. not knowing which kind of wirelss modem you have etc. and excatly what you are wanting to do i can't give you a confident answer to this but this should help you some, hope it does. good luck with it all, Thanks...
