First thing is to eat a good breakfast to settle the butterflies your having down there in your stomach and it also helps with clear thinking. RELAX, cause it 's not that hard to do. Just take a deep breath ,buckle up ,check your mirrors (show this by touching them even if they are already set) Follow the examiner's instructions and don't be afraid to ask him / her to repeat the the instructions if you have any doubt as to what was said to you. ALWAYS ADDRESS YOUR EXAMINER AS SIR OR MA'AM !!!!This goes a long way in brownie points. Be sure to come to a complete stop at stop signs and count one thousand one after completely stopped just to make sure. Look left, then right ,then left again before proceeding through the intersection. Main thing is don't let them see you sweat.Relax, you will do fine, I'm sure

If you're going to turn left at a non-proteced light, wait BEHIND the line. That's actually the legal thing to do! If you don't get through the light, just keep waiting. Don't get over and go straight. That's big points off!
Oh yeah, and none of the lights on the car can be burned out. They ask you to do them so you kjnow how. And the horn must work.
Don't turn on your radio during the trip!

most important that no one mentioned is to put on your seat belt, and check everything in the car before you start it. mirror, seat, and steering wheel position, ect. then don't hit any in a wheelchair. easy on the gas, and brake.
