consume 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar twice a day (it burns up fat), and drink green tea because it increases your metabolism. Drink PLENTY of water, and do crunches or a core exercise 4 or 5 times a week, and try dinking less soda. :)

Running, jogging...cardio work. Something that gets the heart rate up. Kickboxing is fun, and burns too. Breathing in and out? Please! You do that everyday and all day...if that alone worked, we would all have great bellies! Get real and get moving if you ever want to see results. By the way, just toning and ab exercises won't bunr belly fat, so don't even think it. You can't spot reduce. All those do is tone the muscle underneath the layer of flab. Have to get rid of the flab by doing cardio...

cardio is the best way to burn fat... as for "beathing in and out" .. who told u that? its a load of crap...
good old fashion excersise and a balanced diet will give u the best results!
ignore all the fad diets and stuff like that ..seriously do a few spin calsses a week.. or go running...anything to get your heart pumping will help burn the fat.. sit ups, crunches and "touching your toes" is not going to help u burn that fat around your tummy..it will help with building muscle.. but you wont see the muscle/abs until you have lost the fat... make you sure u set yourself a good routine for eg' do 30 to 40 mins of cardio 4-6 times a week and do a few ab excersises 3-4 times a week..
youll get great results from that.. good luck with it all hey :)

The Plank is one of the most effective exercises for working towards a flat stomach and revealing your six-pack or eight-pack abs. Not only does it strengthen the abdominal muscles, but also works the back and the hips. The Plank stomach exercise method requires no special equipment or exercise machines. All you need is the floor and your body. Here is the proper way to perform The Plank: 1. Lie face down on the floor or on an exercise mat. 2. Place your forearms and elbows underneath your chest with your palms flat on the floor. 3. Push up off the ground onto your toes and resting on your forearms. 4. Focus on tightening the abdominals while in the position. 5. Keep your back in a straight line from head to heels and don’t allow your hips to sag down towards the ground. 6. Hold this position until you can no longer keep your body in a straight line. 7. Bring your body back down to the starting position. 8. Start with trying to aim for 20 seconds and do 3 sets. Continue the exercise and try and work up to 30, 45, 60 seconds and beyond.

crunches and sit-up are really the most affective. and the more you do the more you burn. try doing 50 and then stop then 50 more ect until you get sore. then the next day try adding 25 extras so you would do 75. the esiest way to do more and burn more fat is to gradually add rather than shocking your body by trying to do like 300 in a row your first day! good luck =)

Try sit-ups. Best ever thing for belly fat. Build muscle which requires energy---burning the fat around it!

Good Luck..Also check this website out....www.nikken.com/jlmiller

there's no easy way to burn belly fat. if u don't want to go to the gym, try getting a jumping rope. it burns up to 10 calories per minute than any other forms of cardio exercise. it also tones your upper and lower body. do warm up exercises first then skip rope for 3 mins. take a minute off and do as many crunches as u can. skip rope for another 3 mins. then take a minute off again, this time you can do push ups if u like or do the crunches again. go back to skipping for another three minutes, do crunches for another minute and repeat. 16-20 mins. is all it takes. anyway jumping rope is like child's play so u can do it. :)

You need to do cardio- running, fast walking, ect- anything that raises your heart rate. Crunches and Situps tone the muscles in your stomach but unless you burn the fat over them you will never see the toned muscle.

Upper belly fat: sit-ups.
Lower belly fat usually won't go away unless you work on your cardio.
