I still have nightmares about an abusive ex. It's been over 6 years since that all happened, I have happily remarried and moved on. I really thought I worked my issues out regarding that horrible experience, so I don't get why his memory still haunts my dreams.
In the dreams it is usually a similar scenario, he locates me where I am living and is plotting to kill me...at some point he and I are face to face and he's smiling as to not alert me that he is there to do harm and I feel compelled to act as though I do not know he has been watching me or is going to kill me because I do not want to set him off...I act casual so that I can escape the situation and plot a way to find safety. Sometimes he shoots me in the end and I die real slowly, at times I don't die, but I rarely escape him and his anger.
In real life I mistake other men for being him sometimes like in stores. And I feel this fear until I realize it is not him.
Is this normal? How long does this sort of thing usually last?

My friend Johnny Tsunami has recently returned from being kidnapped and we are having a disagreement. I say that the NBA had the 1 and 1 rule for free throw shooting in the 90s and he says they have not had it in some time. The 1 and 1 rule is when if the free throw shooter makes their first shot they are given another shot. Who is correct?

Ok, she and her friend were talking about stuff in my room while i was at piano practice. When practive was over, i asked them to get out of my room so i could finish my history project, so they left the room and talked in the living room. I go to my computer, get rid of the screensaver, and see this "americansingles.com" thing, and so I'm starting to get some thoughts, so I play around a bit, being the tech wiz I am. The screen is on this thing called like a "hot list" or something and it has a bunch of guys on it that my mom apparently has added to it, and so I read some of their profiles, and then I get this thought: Why didn't my mom tell me about this? I go to her profile page and see that she has been a member for this thing for 2 months now...and I'm shocked. What should I do? I'm happy and fearful for her at the same time. I'm 12, gonna turn 13 in April, and I'm a girl. My parents are divorced, and my dad almost never sees me anymore, so its like I just have my mom....HELP!!

I have been divorced from my ex for about a year now , we split up because i found out he was bi sexual. I caught him on the internet chatting with men exchanging numbers and setting up meeting places. he said that he has been like this every since he was 10. he keeps on throwing up, i dont know why maybe it was something he ate... He threw up 10+ times and had diarrihea. Everytime he throws up we make him drink more water. After 15-30 minutes of drinking water he will throw up again. What should i do bring him to the hospital? or should we just wait it out until he feels better?

If I could just wish to make a powerful weapon, then I would make a diamond kendo stick. But even if I was to somehow obtain that much mineral (which is when pigs not only fly, but when they rule this world), I still need to melt them.

I am 27 years old and my boyfriend is 36 (today is actually his bday :) ) anyway, He is ready for children, but not ready for marriage. He feels he needs to wait longer before marrying me...which i agree. We've been dating for 4 months now. My concern is his thinking...why would he want a child first (feels ready for a child now) then marriage??? strange to me. I believe having a child is a much larger commitment, esp since with marriage you can have a divorce and you're out of the person's life. With a child you are stuck with dealing with that person til' death do you part, really. He has been divorced for over 5 yrs but still has fears of marriage due to the failed previous marriage; he became miserable with his ex-wife. maybe he needs more time to sort out those issues b/4 being with someone else and carrying this baggage from his previous marriage. Is he ready for another committed relationship?? if i stay how do I deal?? am i jumpin tha gun?? mature responses pls

I read this story in school years ago.. what I remember was a group of young boys were on a small plane and it crashed.. all the adults on board land up dying. The boys try to set up laws and act civlized but they land up killing eachother. Another part I remember is one of the children thinking a dead boar head was speaking to him. Anyone know the name?
