I would say Psychology. I am a Psychology major and am pursuing my Master's in School Psychology. Of course Psychology deals with people and involves statistics (which would be working with numbers). With a degree in Psychology, you can work just about any; however, in order to make a good amount of money in the Psychology field, you will need to go to graduate school and get a Master's or Ph.D. Good Luck with everything!

I would say business or accounting...
business in today's world has MANY opportunities. Managers are always needed in many businesses and you can make good money just with an associates degree in some employment offices. With a bachelors or even possibly a masters degree you could move extremely far and make a lot of money.

Accountants are constantly needed. In small to big business they are needed. They can work personally with people. They are used for financial advising, etc. Accountants really are a necessary part of businesses and money in general. They also make extremely decent money.

If you like working with people, you could try counseling, education, psychology, or sociology. For numbers, you could take math or numerous business classes. You might be interested in sociology and statistics - you could take classes in both areas to study populations.

If you smoke dope - take something worthless like history or liberal studies.

If you want to have a REAL job - take something in science or engineering
