he keeps on throwing up, i dont know why maybe it was something he ate... He threw up 10+ times and had diarrihea. Everytime he throws up we make him drink more water. After 15-30 minutes of drinking water he will throw up again. What should i do bring him to the hospital? or should we just wait it out until he feels better?

Quit the water - that's what is making him throw up so much.

It might be something he ate or a viral bug, there's alot going around. Have him rest, try to sleep, if he's feverish make sure he bundles up, sweating helps break a fever. Do not make him drink water after he throws up, he needs to give his stomach a break from anything in it. It sounds like a virus. I would let him wait 2-3 hours after vomiting before trying a sip or 2 of water, if that stays down, a cracker, then if that stays down some soup. He will know when it's time to eat something, he will feel hunger and if his stomach growls then it probably is safe to eat something. If he's not better tomorrow and can keep food down, call the doctor.

Its probably the stomach flu. Its been going around for a few months now. It will probably last 2-3 days. He'll be fine.

Take him to the emergency clinic at the hospital. You don't know what he has and that's the only way you are going to find out.

Is this a sick joke?

If it's a real question, lay off the water! Call doctor.
