I have to get the address of a former tenant in order to take him to small claims court. He moved and didn't list his address under the new phone number in a different city. I tried a reverse search, but it told me only the street, which is miles long, not the house or apartment number.

Okay well i'm 19 and for 3 or 4 yrs. now i have had this big white bump on my sac so i've always thought that it was just a calciam zit or somthing then in the around the same area i've have had three more pop up and they won't go away and a couple of times i've even took a stick pin and lance the bump open (ya ouch) but it just blood nothing squeezes out like if it was some kind of zit. And i just happen to come across some topics on testicular cancer and i've been wondering if this is a early sign??? Or am I just parnoid?

CPAs, tax prep professionals, please, or someone who has studied this extensively and recently:

i own a few corporations. one of them is a subchapter s corporation that was not making money for a while. in 2006, it did make money, so on 3.15.07, a new income tax return must be filed. OLD INCOME TAX RETURNS for this corporation were lost.

i prepare all my corporations' returns. this corporation had depreciable assets which it still owns. in addition, i had elected the one-time option to put old unused losses (?) onto future gains.

i need to know:

how to i restart the depreciation? or can't i?

what do i do with gains that i want to offset with old losses?

any other advice?

Its been really cold here and yesterday I was in and out quite a bit..Last night my left ear was burning like being under a heat lamp and face..Some say this is high blood pressure.I don't have high blood pressure not even close..I used to have this as a child and remembered coming out of the cold felt like you had sunburn when inside after a day in the sun..My face also sweats in the cold but we are at rather high altitude and people say its normal here but its just freaky to get used to ..I have been checked by a doctor and no heart or vascular problems and im pretty healthy..is this ear and face thing sound familar to anyone?and what about the face sweating in the cold..condensation perhaps

I used to think that meant i was doing good as a parent. Then i realized that even kids in abusive situations love their parents and feel loyalty to them... Then suddenly I didn't take it as a 'you are doing good' as kids say this to any parent...

hey guys. Im lost I really dont know what to say. My boyfriend's mom has been really ill with heart conditions the whole year. She has been in and out of the hospital manytimes. Today he sms-ed me saying she looked really bad today. she is in the hospital. I feel so sad! I really wish i know how to comfort him but I dont know what to say!! My heart feels so....I want to throw my arms around him and say everything will be ok...but will it?...I wish I could take away all the fear....What's the use of asking "is mummy ok" when its so obvious she isnt? what should I say? how should I reply his msg? please help.

I owe the guy I like a meal, as I offered and promised if he should win this thing, I will treat him to a meal. Now it was back in early December when one Friday I proposed that particular weekend sometime we could go out for a picnic or go out for a meal, but he happened to be totally occupied that weekend with relatives. My boyfriends family are due to move to the UK from Iran next week and are all devout Muslims. His parents, sisters and brothers will be staying in our 2 bedroom semi initially while they sort out their benefits. I need to try to keep them occupied while my boyfriend is at work and I think horse riding could be the answer. I have been told that horses are almost none existent in Iran and this would be a great culture shock for them to ride a great British horse. However, the females of the family insist on wearing a full burkha. Would this cause problems while horse riding? The family do not speak much English so this may cause a problem but I have tried to draw some picture cards in preparation for their arrival - does anyone have a suggestion which picture I could use to comminicate the idea of mounting a horse? Any ideas?
