I want to quit smoking. I've been reading up on this and smoking affects your fertility and smokers take longer to conceive. I am torn between quitting now and risking throwing my ovulation off because of stress or waiting until I get pregnant and quitting. It's going to be tough either way but I think if I quit ahead of time it would be better for the baby. I (tentatively) picked January 7th as my quit date. I have the patch and hopefully I don't go too nutty trying to quit. I have bought a fertility monitor, preseed and I drink a cup of green tea every day. Smoking, I think, might be interefering with my fertility. I am a relatively heavy smoker (pack a day) and have been ttc for 3 months now with no luck despite reassurances from my handy fertility monitor that I am indeed ovulating. My only fear is that when I quit smoking the stress I experience might delay ovulation or cause it not to occur. Any advice?

As a charter nation in the united nations we have a duty to abide by the organization we help to conceive .That the U.N. made clear that it did not support the invasion of Iraq it is clear we acted in a manner inconsistent with regulations contained in military code of conduct .
Seeing as how the U.N. resolution is ambiguous and orders from the president must be followed by the military it would seem that the generals and pentagon belief it is a war sanctioned and legitimate at all levels . So in keeping with the finest traditions of the military is it capable of meeting its needs when officers refuse to follow orders and deploy to the areas deemed necessary in defending our nation . Not where the officer is willing to serve .

I am so sick and tired of turning on CNN or MSNBC to see whats going on in the world and then hearing about Brittney Spears, Rosie Odonel, Donal Trump, Paris Hilton, and all those other losers. I could not care less about what they do or thier lives. Why do people care about the lives of these people? It's such use less information.

i married to a girl who is my relative. i didnt like her but to save the family terms and custom i did. Now when i touch her it hurts me as a knife and even i cant perform sex. All the sexual function ceases and i cant tell to her. He should have known the trouble it would cause! Why couldn't God just never make all of those obviously ancient enormous bones--which could have NEVER coexisted with God's ultimate and special creation (MAN), knowing we would one day---VERY far into the future find them? Hah? So either God should have made us remain very dumb and uninquisitive--like we were for thousands and thousands of years, or he should have never made all the millions of dinosaurs, or he should have removed the bones from the earth before he just 'plopped' us here, animals and man, in their original form! I'm looking to lose 25-30lbs before summer, I am currently excercing at a gym 4 - 6 weeks, but my diet needs improvement. Everybody I know suggests low carb diet, but I am not a huge meat eater. Any suggestions on a diet that would be good for a person who doesn't really enjoying eating meat?

Can someone help me figure out what's going on in his head?
A week ago i told a friend of mine that it would be better that we didn't talk so i can get over my crush on him since he's in a long distance relationship with another girl. Before this happened, we joked around about hooking up, but then i felt bad about us joking about it.
