Get onto a good healthy diet (google the GI Diet by Rick Gallop) and start exercising every day. You dont need to do a mad workout at the gym, walk briskly for an hour or so. You will find as the weight comes off you will feel more positive, physically better and the bloating will lessen. Dont cut down on the amount of water you drink, you need to keep your fluid intake at around 2 litres a day;

Bloat IS water weight (or maybe gas). Fat is fat, not bloat. If you are bloated it could be due to your period, too much salt intake, or some other issue. Drink LOTS of water (really, even if that sounds odd) and it'll help get rid of the bloat and reduce your sodium intake if it's been high.

Eat right and exercise regularly and that'll take those pounds off so you feel better inside and out!

If you're just bloated... drink some hot lemon water tonight. Watch your salt, stay away from processed foods (salt hides in them) and drink a BUNCH of water. Also, if you cut out carbs all together for just two days, keep up the water and the hot lemon water, steer clear of sodium and processed crap and red meat... for just two days, you will get rid of that water. Pair that with 3 or 4 oranges a day, and you'll probably drop a pound or two of real weight. Seriously. :) Good luck. I know the holidays can get you down for putting on a couple pounds. I also know it's worse for those of us who are planning a wedding. But, just smile. Stress and sadness will pack on a couple pounds, too! You can knock off that holiday bloat in no time!

This always helps and keeps you from getting low blood sugar or getting hungry. For two to three days whenever you're hungry just drink a glass of orange juice (high pulp). This will help you lose water weight without you getting dehydrated and woozy. But remember, no more than three days!

Time to start doing something about it. Go to the gym,or least for a walk. Get moving, working out will make you feel better, more energized and help you lose weight. All problems solved.
