Property survey

Years ago I bought a place in the country.
I will ask this question this way – think of a peace of land as 1 big block
Each corner has a big post for fence the title company hired the survey company
And each corner post has a steel rod in the ground on the end and outside of the post.
Showing my place now 5 years later a neighbor bought some land that joins me and another survey company shows only one steal rod 2 feet off –making part of my back fence belong to some one else and my title company tells me that they will not do anything about it – why do we then even bother to buy title INS?

my friend allways does! and i dont get it! she is aleays asking for my money at school too!not that much anymore though.she alllways steals stuff! like the other day, she stole a box of colored pencils and put them in her coat pocket inside of her jacket!! and once she stole my timagotchi and said her sister found it!! andshe told me that her cousin still likes me and i dont known what to do!!!! heeeeeelp!

im from England and im glad from a toilet point of view. The Japanese ones must be really uncomfortable as well because u have to squat down, i like to relax and read when im doing my business. And german ones you have to smell what u did because it drops on a shelf bit in the pan! whats the point of that?

In my country communist ideas are still alive. The ancient regime's ideology disguise itself mostly using the social-democratic party. We are supposed to enter in the UE after January 1st but the bastions of the ancient regime still activate as "democrats" and UE supporters. They have survived using this compromise: accommodation to the new political reality of the country. I should add the idea that we are the only ex-soviet satellite where the communist party vanished into thin air after 1989. Where are those people who supported Ceausescu? They lead us now, they fight for freedom but their actions during the communist regime were simply forgotten.
YOU, do you really have a democratic country based on freedom, elective power, transparency, truth and justice?

What if you came home early and saw your son and his g/f sleeping in each other's arms?? She was in these victoria's secret little panties and bra set, and he was in boxers. The both looked as tho they meant for what they were wearing to be seen by the other. Should I wake them b4 my husband gets home??
