What if you came home early and saw your son and his g/f sleeping in each other's arms?? She was in these victoria's secret little panties and bra set, and he was in boxers. The both looked as tho they meant for what they were wearing to be seen by the other. Should I wake them b4 my husband gets home?? Should I wait until tom morning when they realize we came home early?? What if my husband instead of getting mad asks my son "how was it"?? Are the chances pretty high they had sex?? Do I wake them?? Do I send her home and call her parents or let her stay??

I'd call her parents. For a 16yr old to be at another house in that type of outfit. Her parents need to know what type of after school activities their daughter is participating in.

Have a talk with your son and let him know that you never want to walk into that.

I would be upset but what are the ages depends on how your husband will react if he gonna jump crazy then yea wake them up If you think it would shake up the household causing a lot of confusion then just wake the two and just talk to him (your son) later about and let him know hoe you feel also make he has some condoms if you husband don't get mad which if your son is of age would sometimes do that that's part of them being father and son i would think see it and hear about things like that all the time. as of for here i would talk to her as well and let her know how you feel and that she need to talk to her parents about this as well or you would need to but it just depends on you your morals

If he is trust worthy then believe him but if the signs point to other wise do what you honestly feel is right

They are both over the age limit to know what they are doing most likely they did have sex but if your son doesn't tell you then just get him some condoms but with her being 16 i would probably ask her do her parents even know if she was at you home last night if not then i would be making some calls but y'all both sets of parents need to figured out what the plans should be to keep them from sneaking around

How old is your son? How old is his girlfriend? If they are under 18 (especially if one is and the other isn't) then I would wake them both and make her go home. There are laws that come into play here. And, yes, I would tell her parents. I always try to look at these things from the other point of view... if it was my daughter, I'd want to know.

If they are over 18, then it's your call and no longer a legal issue. It depends how you feel about them sleeping together. Are they committed / mature enough to handle it? Do you have religious objections? Are they being safe?

Lots of variables here. But in my house (I have an 18 year old son) it would be the impetuous for a long talk and -- hopefully -- honest communication.

If I came home and found them together I would wake them promptly. I would then have a nice long talk with both of them.

What values have you and your husband instilled in you son? Have you not discussed these things? You should have a good idea of how the man you are married to will react.

Sadly, having sex is a pretty normal thing for teens these days, but I wouldn't allow it under my nose. I would still push for purity until marriage. I would encourage your son to wait, and to be sure he knows what diseases he is exposing himself to, be sure they have talked about their sexual history together. Finding them together will force this conversation. You can ask them if they know where the other has been...

If they deny having sex, you can point out that their relationship is headed that way soon. Sleeping together near naked means it won't be long, so they still need to be prepared emotionally and physically.

I would say, either they had sex already, or they will be very shortly. Either way, I would have a discussion with my son about safe sex, perhaps buy a box of condoms for him.

I think you should definately send her home though.

If he says nothing happened leave it at that. Just because they were in their underwear doesn't mean they had sex, but they most likely did something. But I wouldn't get too upset. Your son will feel like you don't trust him if you get mad and don't believe him.

Something similiar happened to me when I was 16. But my boyfriend and I weren't in our underwear. We were just laying on the couch together, fully clothed. We were asleep. My mom came home and threw a fit. She wouldn't believe me that we were just sleeping. She overreacted really bad.

Hasn't this same question been asked at least four other times by other 'parents' in yahoo questions? Did this actually happen, or is it one of those email things that people are posting to garner points?

Oh yes, I found it, Ashlea and Claudia both posted about three weeks ago, this exact same question. Interesting.

send her home and punish him if not you are saying it's okay for them to have sex why would you even ask this questions you should know the answer to this one or don't even send her home but you need to let them know right now that you know what they did and it was not right

It took me years to even sleep anything sexy like that with my man. But me guessing them wearing what they had on then they have proably had sex. I would run her off, ground him and tell her mommy & daddy how she really is.
Better set your foot down or you will be a grandparent before your time.

you SHOULD REALLY TALK TO BOTH KIDS. BUT BE CAREFUL ABOUT TELLING HER PARENTS SINCE SHE IS 16 AND YOUR SON IS 17 THEY COULD CHARGE HIM WITH RAPE AND YOU DON'T WANT THAT TO HAPPEN. BUT SINCE THEY BOTH HAD THEIR UNDERGARMENTS ON MAYBE THEY DIDN'T HAVE SEX. IF THEY HAD SEX WHY WOULD THEY HAVE PUT IT BACK ON IF THEY DIDN'T THINK ANYBODY WAS GOING TO BE HOME? WELL GOOD LUCK!
