I had a mixed drink at a company party that was held at a high-end restaurant and wasn't sure if it was ok to ask for the recipe. I've found similar ones online, but none seem to compare to the drink served at the restaurant. Is it ok to ask them or should I just wing it myself through trial and error?

I just attended my first kickboxing class at my mixed martial arts gym. It seemed as if it was more based getting a workout than technique. The instructor just told me to hit the bags and do situps and pushups and things like that. He really didn't give us much instruction on how to actually punch or kick. He told all of us random things like to keep our hands up and things like that but not really specific. The place I train at also offers jiu jitsu. Should I try out jiu jitsu and see if it's different? How do most kickboxing classes work in your mixed martial arts gyms?

FOR EXAMPLE:

Can a person go to a Catholic School, even if they are not Catholic? (Or any other religious school)

Seriously. I'd like to know the benefits. I can see the benefits for having a religion. You belong to a group that believes the same things as you, that support you, that are there for you. You have hope in something beyond you, you have a sense of purpose in your life, the list goes on.

My skin is really bad sometimes I have a lot of pimples. Sometimes also it becomes too oily! I am looking for a moisturizer, preferably gel type or just water-based, that normally wouldn't make my skin more oily or greasy and would cause more pimples!!! I am having difficulty choosing what kind since there are soooo many brands. Sunscreen or SPF is also a pre-requisite. I NEED YOUR EXPERT OPINION.

Over the last 5 years or so, I've noticed people that live in my area are becoming more and more inconsiderate of others. Have we as a socitey lost our manners or any consideration for anyone but ourself? Are we so self absorbed in our own lives, we don't stop to think about the person we just cut off in traffic, because we are talking on our cell phone? or bugged in line at the grocery store. This is absolutely driving me nutts! Everytime I encounter a person I believe to behaving rudely, I will point it out. If my children are with me I make sure I explain to them the reason, I called that person out, and tell them specifically I don't want them to do that to people and it is rude.
