Enroll in some online college courses. Many (most) of all the standard universities and community colleges offer courses online. So you can actual "attend" a college near you.

This will look great on a resume. You won't have a degree (and how many people do at your age??) but it shows you are working toward one. Don't volunteer the info that you just started and you are only taking 1-2 classes at a time. Let them think you are this super-over achiever.

Depends. I have a college degree and started with more money than someone who started the same time, but with no degree and no experience. However, for the same job, if you have 5 years experience in this field and no degree they'll start you at the same pay as someone with a degree. But its at an entry level position, like you're just out of college and someone with 5 years experience might consider it a step down, depending on what you're trained to do and how much money you make now. Hope that wasn't confusing.

It depends on the job and the field you are going into. Some companies are ok with work experience and ambition, others want that degree. The truth is people with college degrees tend to make more money than those without degrees, but it is not always true. You may find in the future you want to go back to school if your employer demands it. They may hire you but not promote. Its going to be up to your employer.

A lot depends on the type of career you're looking for. The first thing I would do is learn how to write clearly (your question is barely understandable). In many cases, you can get an entry level position with a company if you are taking college classes that pertain to the industry (i.e. business classes to work at a bank, etc).

depends on what type of job...like a doctor or something would require a highly skilled professional with some sort of degree to justify his credibility. on the other hand, if it is something like sales in a highly competitive industry, then all that matters is how good you are at selling. i think the only thing that would hold you back would be your attitude. dont doubt yourself or your capabilities and dont let a degree determine if your successful or not. oh, and watch The Pursuit of Happyness with Will Smith.

It will not hold you back. As long as you have experience and are willing to work hard, it will be no problem. As a fact, you might earn more money than someone who have a college degree.

Not initially but in the long-term the person with the degree is more promotable. You won't notice any difference until you hit about 40.
