My baby is not quite 4 weeks old yet. He refused to go to sleep unless i am holding him. He wakes up and cries soon after i put him down even if he if fully asleep. I have surrounded him with firm blankets and pillows to make him feel like he is being held. I have put items close to him that smell like me but nothing helps. I have had to have his sleep in bed with me so that both of us can get at least a little sleep. What can i do to have him sleep on his own?

Single cute STRAIGHT female and last night i had a dream that one of my really good girl friends and i were engaged to be married - it wasn't anything sexual or lesbian-ish but we were engaged to be married and i distinctly remembered that i completely opposed to it because i'm so young and there was much i wanted to with my life before settling down with anyone and committment scared me. We were planning a wedding party and i called it off last minute. I think it might have something to do with how i feel with my life right now. I've chosen to be single because there's much i want to do and the idea of committment scares me. What do you think of this dream? Someone wanna help me analyze it? What if it's telling me i'm a lesbian?

it all goes back 10 months ago when we ran into eachother and were like magnets,we really hit it off,i was still bitter about catching my ex of a few years cheating(they r mutual freinds)he listened and understood,he drove me home that night and i invited him to stay,i asked him to sleep in the bed with me,he did,i asked him to put his arm around me,he did till i slept,he mentioned he was nervous about breaking the'guy code',but he still stayed and was such a gentlman,things were awkward when he left the next morning,a mutual freind told me he liked me but was freaked about my ex(who was trying to get me back)i ran into him again 2 months later,he came to me and said"your killing me"my ex was also there and freaking out that we liked eachother,i sent him a text a couple weeks later and he never replied.I saw him again 6 montths later at a party,he walked in with another girl(although it did not appear they were'together')he saw me and looked away quick.What do you think about all this?

What do you say I good man is? Im loyal, strong got my head over my shoulders, romantic, never cheats, stubborn can be goofy, like to have fun, highly sexually, keeps it real, loves life what else would you like in a man?? And yes I am in the military take care of myself and my body, believe god and jesus my savior, mature, got my own car and my own money and I know its hard to Believe but I guess you can say im one of the few good men and proud of it, would you say I am??

I have an 8yo who has only met his biological father a few times, as we lost contact after i became pregnant, i finally tracked him down after four years, at first he was really kind and eager to meet his son, but then just cut off llike a switch...i havnt put any pressure on him, yet he has decided until a dna test is done he doesnt want to take part in his life, only problam is i cannot afford the test and he wont help pay for it...so i the meantime my son is losing out on knowing his dad, he wants to know things about his fathers side of the family history even tho he doesnt know his father, its a natural curiosity and i feel he deserves to know this as they are part of the same blood? His father wont share any info at all except for the dribs and drabs i knew of him when we were together nearly 9 years ago...what do i do?

I have also made it clear i do NOT want any child support or anything like that from him, just his input in his life, at least some info and photos ect...
