Me and my ex have had it bad, and we've got back together twice...

Okay, he actually ended on very bad terms as in: i told him somethin personal and then he told me to get the heck away from him n never call him again
Well, today being his birthday, i decided to call it quits: and just wish him... I DID NOT CAL HIM, I MESSAGED HIS FRIEND, n told the friend to wish him from my side, and he did, the guy said thanks

anyhow, I did it cause i was thinkin that since he does mean alot to me why not just message and wish him after ALL it is his birthday, and wishin him is the decent thing to do. I wanted to start 2007 on a fresh note after burryin all the grudges and provin to myself that i am capable of movin on with life

so i wished him!!

the question is: What now? What do u think will happen when i bump into him next at the local mall? how do u think he will react? did i do the right thing??

Many countries have cut funding for the hamas run Palestine government, Additionally members of the hamas government have been caught smuggling money from outside Palestine into the country

Why can they not legally bring in (or be sent) money via secure truck or electronic transfer?
(a) is it technically illegal for any government to give money to the hamas government?
(b) is Palestine so reliant on foreign aid that it has no hope to support itself without foreign aid?

Indian Citizens are subject to Exchange Control. It need permission for having a foreign bank account. Funds can be sent abroad for approved purposes and parking of funds, in any kind of account needs permission from RBI, see http://www.rbi.org.in/

On the other hand, services like Paypal are being used in India and I do not think anyone is bothering to take approval. In fact, people don't even seem to be aware that there may be a requirement. And the Paypal transactions seem to be small enough, so that they seem to have escaped regulator scanner.

My question is, Is it technically illegal to transfer money into a Paypal account or even to open a Paypal account (if it is to be deemed a bank account), as per current RBI/FEMA guidelines in India?

Those who have started to worry...note that even if it is illegal in India...max. you get is a fine three times the size of transactions plus interest from the date of transaction, under FEMA. It is not a criminal offence under FERA anymore.

Hi there! I recently moved to Hong Kong and the bathrooms in my building have these funny sockets. I want to use it for my electric toothbrush but its not your standard european shaver outlet.

It is a clipsal shaver socket outlet with three holes and says 115 v and 240v on the front.

How do I plug my toothbrush in? My toothbrush would normally plug right into something that looks like this: http://www.flatbatt.co.uk/electrical/sha... (it has the two small round pins).

This has been quite frusturating. Anything you can do to help would be great!!!

lately i like chew my food and taste it and then spit it fully out in a cup and it usualy fills up i kno this is disgusting but i was just wondering is it the same amount of calories as if you just ate it or is it like no calories or not a significant number?

also if i continue to do this do you think i will loose alot of weight?

on nov. 26 i stayed the night at my boyfriends house. i had just finished my period that day, and we had sex for at least 4 hours, but he is ocd, so he kept taking off his condom and putting a new one on,at least 3 times. I have 28 day cycles, and i should have started on the 20th this month. Since I only had sex once in november (on that day actually) im not sure if iwould be pregnant. Any opinons on the matter? Should I waste my money on an EPT or First Response when I need to get a serum pregnancy test done anyway?

I've heard alot of speculation about The Picture People closing its doors at Bellis Fair in the upcoming year. I was just wondering if anyone knew for sure what was going on? I've always had a great experience whenever I've gone to that location and I think it would be a shame for it to close since the closest location is Alderwood.
