i need a good tricep workout, AB'S for sure (i dont want to do stomach crunches, cause it hurts my neck really bad), a good thigh and caf workout too. i need something that IS effective and kinda fast, like about 2 weeks fast, when i will start to see an inprovement would be good. i dont want to go to the gym, so please dont even suggest that. i have a small trapaline, and 5 lbs weights, and 3 lbs weights. THANX! if can even go buy a tape, do u have any suggestions on which one is best???
o yeah, btw, im not fat by any means, i just need to bascially TONE my abs and body.
