I work in a retail department store. I want to leave the union. My workplace and co-workers are very nice and nobody has problems with non-union workers. I'm worried the union candidates (The union appoints certain employees to hold union authority) might try to do something unfair towards me because I chose to leave. Should I be worried????

Hello, I live in France and years ago I went to the US, where I discovered beef jerky and I just found it delicious.
But it's impossible to find it in french shops or delis, so here are my questions:

Don't be getting all giggly and drunk and lovey dovey cause it's christmas time. Football still has a few weeks left and then the playoffs. So.......once youre all tired of the gift giving and drunk on the eggnogg, step aside cause Footballs on and we don't wanna hear no whining.
My girl knows to go shopping all day on Sundays. I don't care if she has to ride the mall Carousel LOL a few times until the games are ALL over, each of them that is.
Merry Christmas have a real merry one, cause once it's over, Football will continue, matter of fact, they put 2 games on that day as well. I think the NFL wants us all to be divorced LOL
Merry Football...............and ladies, just go shopping please!!!! malls are open late.

There was no limit I was willing to search for happiness,,,however I never imagined it would be that far. He wants me to move 1000 miles away. He has a profession that would not support a move,,I do. My children are very supportive and want me to be happy. Visitation/travel,,,no problem. Job/Career,,no problem. I am going for a week for new years. My visit is intended to explore the idea of moving to be with him and initiate a life together as we both want that. He has told me that his children will accept me, and that they support his desires as well.

I am anxious because we have known each other only one month, however have shared enough communications to understand each other's life, values, expectations of a mate etc.

Everything about him is right for me. What advice if any would one give. Perhaps you have moved far away to be with the one you love. What is it like to be in a new town and know no one....starting over? I am scared, yet excited to start over.
