Hello, I live in France and years ago I went to the US, where I discovered beef jerky and I just found it delicious.
But it's impossible to find it in french shops or delis, so here are my questions:
- what's your favorite brand, since I'm unable to remember the one I tasted years ago?
- do you know any online sites who sell this very brand and can ship it internationaly?
- it is safe to buy it online (I mean, from a "medical/hygienic" point of view)?

TIA.

Favourite brand sells at the$ store. Don,t know about shipping it or mailing it. may drive the drug dogs crazy.

It's called Pecos Bill's. Could trying a few packs, done crazier things.

If that doesn't work I do have a good recipe, you need a good meat slicer and it.s fairly expensive to make.

We often make our very own jerky, yet our primary keep-offered producers are Jack link's and Tillamook Smoker. we live interior the Pacific Northwest and that they are attainable at the two Wal-Mart and Safeway.
