im 18 years old and about 5'7 tall,im not fat but i want to shed a few more pounds ive already lost 10 pounds,i just cant seem to get the last 4 pounds off!any ideas how i could do that fast ps i already do lots of exercise and am on a restricted diet!

I've always been a bit underweight and asked a Doctor how to put it on, so reverse what I was told.
Eat faster to fool your stomach into thinking it's had less. So you might trying to eat things slowly.
I was told to put food onto a bigger plate to make it look like there's less. So perhaps you should put yours on smaller plates so that you think there's loads on there.
I would suggest that you eat food that gives your body something to work on for longer periods of time ie:
Morning if you eat cereal, eat something like 'Weetabix' as it contains fibre and will keep you going for longer than the rice type ones, which have you feeling hungry sooner. (This also depends on your restrictions.)
Try to eat a little from all the food groups per day, aim for 5 portions of fruit or veg.
Don't eat too late at night, so have a more satisfying meal that will last you.
Before bed, if you're hungry, have a milky drink (if you're allowed one.)
I agree with the person who said Yoga or another of the slow gentle stretching exercises.
Drink plenty of water to keep your system flushed and in good working order.

I read in the Sun newspaper a few weeks ago,that a man lost 5 pounds in weight everyweek by having a cup of boveril or oxo with a bit of pepper in,and 2 slices of wholemeal bread dipped in.Good luck

This probably is not the best advise but you can try the 'lemon detox diet' you will detox and lose weight. You have to have strong will power ( u already sound like you have ) as you have to just live on a lemon drink for around a week. There is heaps of information on the WEB - just look up Lemon Detox Diet. In my opinion it is a good thing for humans to detox as we eat to my processed food and this way we can rid our bodies of all the nasties.

Good luck and good onya for taking pride in your self but don't go underweight as a toned body looks much nicer then a really skinny one.

The last few pounds are the most difficult,but keep
going as you re they will come of in time.

Just be patient!
Keep doing what you're doing and you will get there. 4 pounds is nothing. I've lost 3stone and have 1 more to go so consider yourself lucky hun ;-)

Go to a Rave and dance all night, i go with trousers fitting and come out needing a belt and a dry pair of cloths.

Fast for a week, live on water and fruit only. If you want to lose it that much just means sacrificing food.
