I just noticed that my shih tzu is keeping is right eye slightly closed. It's watering and it looks odd. It looks a little swollen but i don't think he was poked in the eye by anything. I'm freaking out a little because it doesn't seem to be bothering him at all. Can someone tell me a little about this. Should i take him to the vet, which would be my luck because it's closed today.

What is the dx when persons refer to themselves by name rather than by pronoun . Example - Rather than say - I don't like beans" the person will say Jack doesn't like beans. Other example - rather than say I don't date older women - he says - Jack doesn't date older women?

Which Muppet Christmas special's your favorite? I love all of them but I think my favorite is A Muppet Family Christmas. I still have the original 1987 airing on tape with a all of the original commercials (my Daddy taped it for me when I was only a year old:-D). The picture and sound is still surprisingly good.

i had a day off from work where i went to the doctor and was told that i had some internal bruising but nothing to life threatening. He prescribed me some vicodin and sent me home. The next day i woke up and could hardly get out of bed so i called in to work and went to the hospital where i was informed i had two broken ribs. The next morning i went to work with a little bit of vicodin in me and was sent home. Can my employer (target stores) legally contact my doctor/hospital and pharmacy to verify my story if ive brought in my empty prescription bottle and some documentation from the hospital?

I've noticed that a number of non-believers on this site seem to believe that all Christians have grown up indoctrinated (brainwashed, they say) into the Christian faith. I, for one, was not brought up in the church. It wasn't until I was in my mid-twenties that I began searching. I looked at everything with a critical eye. I made some of the same arguments that I've heard here. Everything I read, pro and con, biblical and historical, led me to one inescapable conclusion - that God is real and He sent his son Jesus to die on the cross for my sins. How many people here have made a similar journey from unbelief to belief without having a religious family?

i have a really close friend, who i love very much. he/she comes to stay with me often. but the last 3 times they have been they have done something quite bizarre. first they trash my house more or less everytime they visit. he/she left & locked me & my son out of the house, luckily the window was open so we did get in. I went away whilst they stayed in my house and i borrowed their overnight bag, i left my passport in there, i know i did, and they are denying they have it. smoking in my bedroom after being politely asked not too. spilt coffee on my carpet & never attempted to clean it up or tell me. poured ashtrays over the carpet?? broke my cooker and never told me. took my clothes out of my drawers and put them on the floor (4 drawers worth of clothes!). I know i am moaning about them and probably seem an awlful friend. i have spoken to them about what they are doing but he/she gets angry and upset (i don't want that). so what shall i do, stick by them or distance myself

A man dies and goes straight to Hell. The devil greets him and immediately makes him face a big decision: "You may choose which room you wish to enter. Whichever room you choose, the person in that room will switch with you. They'll finally go to heaven after years of waiting and you'll take over until somebody switches with you. So go on, pick a room."

The devil leads him to the first room where someone is tied to a wall and is being whipped over and over again. In the second room is a man strapped to a table being subjected to Chinese water torture. Finally, in the third room is a man sitting in a chair while being pleasured by a beautiful woman.

"I choose this room!" the man says.

"Very well," the devil says. He walks up to the woman and taps her on the shoulder.

"You can go now. I've found you're replacement."

last time i checked the best games were beign developed for the PS3 and XBOX360. even the new resident evil 5 is for the PS3 and the burnouts. so my question is: how long is it going to take for people to realize that the wii isn't going to have any good games?
