I wouldn't doubt it. It only takes 10 organisms of E Coli 0157H7 (that's the only strand that's fatal) to kill a person.

I heard that as well on the evening news last night. But they said it wasn't E Coli, they stated the employees gave the customers the flu.
Haven't heard if that status changed, and whether they have now confirmed / upgraded it to the E Coli. But I want to know how they figured the entire staff gave the entire clientele the flu....
