i mean lets say i wanna settle down and have some kind of serious relationship .. so i meet a nice lady and told her about my past..
i'm a player/fling around/wild/party yes u can call me a jerk too ...
would u as a lady forgive the past?? i mean dont worry i'm clean.
i'm not saying i want to settle and be more serious totally now .. but part of me just wonder and worried that if i really meet the one and she cant look through my past mistakes.. how will i get through it???

there is a co-worker of mine who is openly gay, she has a great personality and we get along great... so great one night we went drinking, came home together, layed down in bed together, then woke up in the morning and had sex together... i was the only guy she's been with in 5 years. It didn't change anything between us (told you she had a great personality).. but my question is if i try to make something out of 'us'.. do i stand a chance?

We are answering some questions in here, that is good but we are closing them! I mean they are not really answered and (my opinion) they cannot be answered!

Only we can decide which answer we like most with voting them but closing the topics(with saying they are answered) does not seem philosophical to me. If philosophical questions are not philosophical, this is not logical.

i think his name is courteiss vaughn or something like that. i know it starts with a 'c'. anyways like i said, does anybody remember angela bassett having kids a few years back. i think she did not do natural child birth but it was different way from the natural way of having children. if anybody knows anything about this please respond. but i also have to point out that i may have my names mixed up (i dont know for sure if this was angela bassett or someone else).

Long story short. My husband has been waiting on a promotion for a long time. He has had 3 offers in the last year, but they have always been hundreds of miles away from where we live. He's always turned them down because of that. Two days ago, his director told him he had to be in Iowa immediatley, but wouldn't tell him why. Well after he got there he was offered a promotion. If he turns down this one, it will probably be his last offer. I know my husband is DYING to tell them yes, and he would make a LOT more money, but at the same time, I'm torn. I am really close to my family and it tears me up to think of leaving them behind. My family is more important than money and stature, but I don't want to disapoint my husband. He's worked so hard and deserves this promotion.
