I'm liz and i'm 13. There's this kid that i like and i told him i thought he was cute. We're friends and stuff and his dad and aunt work in our school as teachers. He thinks it'd be wierd to have a girlfriend because his family will make fun of him (and i don't blame him). But he said if someone liked him and he liked them then he'd probably go out with them anyways. I don't want to come out and tell him i like him.. but i really want him to ask me out! HELP?

Etiquette question . . . with no words or getures, how does a person ' signal ' that they are done eating while in a restaurant ? Wondering this, as I'm aware of this ' signal ' and many times it is not noticed by the waiter or they go on to ask "are you done eating " while it's been ' messaged ' by this signal that I clearly am not done eating. Even in finer restaurants this 'signal 'gets overlooked . . . so I'm wondering if most are not aware of this. This question is in the etiquette section...so sincere comments / questions only please.

There is a house in San Diego California that when my grandma dies the property gets passed on to my mom aunt and Uncle.
Now my Uncle wants to sell it, my aunt is undecided and my mother wants to keep it. Is it legal to split the property into thirds.
So instead of one reseditial Zone there are three in its place. Please help and if possible please provide links. This is very important to me because the area in queston is one of the nicest areas in the whole city. Thank you for your time.

2) Freedom FROM religion in the same paragraph. What about the rights of the religious?
A contradiction. Shouldn't freedom of speech include freedom OF religion? Not, Freedom FROM it?????????????

I have 4 kids and number 2 is the most difficult.Her teachers say shes the sweetest girl they know, shes in advanced reading and math.Shes always a super helper at school.At home its totally different. I ask her to hang her coat up and she ignores me. She tells my boyfriend that he needs to get out of the house anand that its not his house(though he pays all the bills and works 2 jobs so I cn be a stay at home mom) I try to spend extra time with her reading and playing what she wants and still shes mouthy and talks back.She yells and screams at my younger two children constantly.In fact I dont think she can go five minutes at home without screaming and whining about something.I have tried taking toys away and grounding her from this and that and nothing works, it just gets worse. PLEASE someone help me!!
