I'm liz and i'm 13. There's this kid that i like and i told him i thought he was cute. We're friends and stuff and his dad and aunt work in our school as teachers. He thinks it'd be wierd to have a girlfriend because his family will make fun of him (and i don't blame him). But he said if someone liked him and he liked them then he'd probably go out with them anyways. I don't want to come out and tell him i like him.. but i really want him to ask me out! HELP?

i think the signs are good. go ahead and ask him out! it looks like he's dropping hints that he'd like to go out with you. and, even if he doesn't want to go out with you (and he probably does) you have nothing to lose. if he didn't laugh at you when you told him he was cute, he won't laugh at you when you ask him out.

The first step is telling him that you're fond of him too, otherwise you'll regret it later on. You kind of answered your own question too, he said he'd probably go out with someone who liked him and he liked back, so the key for you guys going out is.. telling him that you like him. It may be hard, but think of the reward....

It is okay for you to ask him out. Keep it light and just be friends for the first couple of outings and then you can inform him of how you feel. Good luck!

Well, you could ask him if there's anyone he likes. That would give him an opening to say if he does like you. Sometimes you gotta be obvious with guys though, you may have to tell him you like him if you want it to go anywhere.

just do it! some people say "just get it over with", but i don't think that's something just to "get over" with.
if you really like him, and you feel you heart is hanging in mid-air... tell him! trust me, because when you tell them, they will either say "yes" or say "no"... and if they say "no", you will still know that you've accomplished something!
confessing is something only a brave girl can do... even if it doens't come out like your dream, you will feel satisfaction anyway.

if you'll just wait on when he's gonna ask you out, you'll be waiting for nothing. you have to take a risk in telling him that you like him...through this, you can also have an idea if he likes you too.
