I plan to play baseball this spring and then football and then basketball... but i need to get back into shape and i have a hard time running a lot!! So anyone have some advice?!?!?!? up for anything!!!!

The reason i can't run alot is cause i have a breathing problem!! I also mean I want my muscles back cause i had a bad injury this last year!!

if u have breathing problems then talk to yur doctor u may get infected with asthma try running and outside practice and increase velocity and eat dietarily and work out to get yur mucles back and on that injury try working out on it it can become stronger

Are you kidding? If you're in shape, you'll be able to run a lot. Keep running and lay off the ice cream and coco puffs.

Eat health. Not a lot of sugar and factory proccessed foods. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruit, whole wheat products, meat. Stuff like that. Do plenty of warm-ups every day, and do plenty of jogging and pushups and crunches and...

Ya get out of you bed and just start running and suck it up. Just think about the stuff are troops are doing that they dont feel like doing. I hope that helped
