I'm really wondering...Asked a question a while ago. Just because I believe in God doesn't mean I don't believe in getting medical treatment. I mentioned that my mother has had a mental illness for 20 years. It took one person to misinterpret my detail, others followed and jumped on the bandwagon. I believe in God, and am not ignorant. God gave medicine for healing. My mother has tried just abot every medication for manic depessive there is. It doesn't make me a bad person because I have courage to believe God for healing. I won't let anyone take my testimony, or my courage.

Who would suffer for 20 years without medication? If you don't have all the facts it's not wise to make up your own.

recently i have felt like complete garbage. i dont see the point in anything anymore and am not excited or happy about anything. i am a senior in high school and under a lot of pressure of getting into college. this whole year i have been saying once im into college i will feel better. but even this, now, is something i dont even care about. my mother asked me today why i dart my eyes around when i talk to people? and thinks its not normal. everyone i know thinks im miserable and negative and i very often feel that way. i smoke cigarettes and when i quit cold turkey i was so unhappy but then i started feeling better but never to the point i used to. i used to worry and care about things but im starting to not care about anything. i just truly dont see a point in anything and it really worries me. i work in a clothing store and get depressed when i see the people i work with who have been there for a long time and tell myself that i could never do that.

I am a white female that recently moved to Miami. I am going crazy about being politically correct. My job involves a lot of describing people, from the general public and other wk depts. Recently, I described a guy from another dept & left out his "race" but ended up saying "black guy" at the end b/c no one knew who I was talking about. When they figured it out, they said he wasn't black & corrected me. Today, I asked an African American co-worker about some keys I found. She said "There was an African American woman just there." Is it just wrong to say black? You never hear brown, so is it Latino? or Hispanic? I would say Asian, not "Chinese." I would say Indian, refer to Native American or India. I would like to hear from all races about how you like to be referred to & how you refer to others. Please include your race. If it helps, I am white, I like to be called white. Caucasian sounds pretentious to me. I just want to feel comfortable when speaking about other people.

Ok so I'm trying to do this vocab packet and it wants me to change find the noun form of each word. There are more than this but if you could just show me how...I could probably do the rest. Also we are supposed to change other words to verbs. One example would be coalition. Is there some trick to doing this?

We've been together for almost a month. When we first declared to go on with this relationship, it happens so suddent. I don't even see it coming. He just asked me my feelings towards him. I just told him that he is special for me. That was it. I didn't say anything about wanting to be his girlfriend. But the next thing I know, he's already treating me as his girlfriend! It's my fault for not set things straight. To be honest, I was impressed by the way he's treating me. He is a nice guy, and that's when I thought that maybe I could give this a try. But just recently I realize that I can't love him. I only want to be friends with him. But the problem is, he's already introduced me to his parents and I've met most of his friends and he's very serious about this relationship. If I break this off, I would feel guilty for the rest of my life! And it's already been a month! If I want to break this relationship, I should've done it earlier, right? Should I be honest? Or give it another try?
