Just remember that nobody cares.

That sounds crappy, but here's what I mean. Let's say you decide to sing a little song for a small group of people one day, and you totally blow it. You butcher it all to hell. What are the people gonna do? They will laugh once, leave and forget about it an hour later when they start laughing at the kid who fell off his skateboard. Nobody cares if you look bad...except you. What you need to work at is building self-confidence, and reminding yourself that unless you go streaking/shoot someone/wear a neon green outfit for a whole week nobody will remember most of your shortcomings, if you should stumble at any time.

Build confidence from that, and turn yourself into someone who gets noticed for their achievements- no more worrying about talking to people.

Remember that : To the world, you are one person, but to one person, you are the world. Have confidence in that you can do no wrong to anyone else, except that you may be helping the person next to you or in front of you, who may be just as shy as you.

You have many talents that are just waiting to be opened up to the world - do it slowly one step at a time. Tell yourself to move forward a little, every day and before you know it, you will have enough confidence to stay in front of a crowd.

Courage is not the absence of fear.
It is the ability to act in spite of fear.

Fear is not always bad.
Fear can be considered the energy to operate effectively in a new situation. Enjoy it.

Hey, that's perfectly normal. Chin up! Just look deep within yourself and ask yourself what you're afraid of. Once you pinpoint it, come to terms with it.

sometimes courage is not a deafening roar, it is the quiet voice that says "I will try again tomorrow"
