America is one of the leading contributors to the problem of global warming. We consume most of the world's energy supply, and we also waste more than any other country in the world.

Can saving the world we live on from turning into inhabitable land, with a scarce drinking water supply, be left up to consumers? Or, do government and industry need to lead the way?

If you feel that government should lead the way, then should government require that manufacturers produce and package goods only with materials that can be recycled, in ways that are easy and accessible to every consumer, and in such a way that does not further contribute to the problem?

Or, if you feel that it should be left up to individual,s then how can we change the way we consume, and how can we change the way in which consumable goods affect the environment?

of getting her to consider treatment without upsetting her. Any attempt by me to bring up the subject seems only to upset her and causes resentment and the opening of old wounds. The kids have taken to calling her an "alkie"
I love her and I don't want to watch her destroy herself.
Anyone gone through the same thing?

a black girl to call my son white boy and get away with it but when my son retaliates calling her brown girl my son is racist? Why should my son receive a suspension for it but the girl have nothing done about it? Why should she be considered to be being descriptive yet my son considered to be derogatory?

I am a grown woman, have done well in life, however like anyone made mistakes. I am too nice to tell my family to piss off when it comes to their unwanted opinions on what is going on with my life and what they think I should do.
