Okay, to the guy above who identified George C. Scott as Scrooge in the Muppet version of A Christmas Carol, it was Michael Caine. George C. Scott had his own TV movie version of A Christmas Carol that had nothing to do with Muppets.

As far as catching A Christmas Carol on TV, your best bet is going to be the week of December 18th, when they'll be airing three different versions of it. Here are the listings:
A Christmas Carol (with Patrick Stewart) TNT Wed., Dec. 20, 8PM ET
A Christmas Carol (with Kelsey Grammar) USA Fri., Dec. 22, 12PM ET
A Christmas Carol (with Reginald Owen) TCM Sat., Dec. 23, 2PM ET

I have to admit, I'm a big fan of A Christmas Carol too, and I'm surprised there aren't more airings of it. If you like the old black and white versions, you want the one with Reginald Owen. For a complete list of holiday specials and when they're airing, click on the link below.

There are no airings scheduled in the next 14 days... why not just buy the DVD "A Christmas Carol" ?

You can keep checking with TV Guide or your cable provider or just buy it from Amazon or Ebay for like $15.

Good Luck!

Depends on which version and where you live. Best to go out and buy the DVD.
By the way, my wife loves the Muppet version of this movie with George C. Scott as Scrooge!

Joe Willy Neckbone says, " I don't rightly know the answer to this question."

"But I'll be right here in-case you ask a question I do know the answer to!!"
