i have nothing to do, actually taking a break from studying, i'm watching MTV and this guy has 2 gfs and when he tells one of his gfs that he's been cheating...he's like it's her or me and i love u with all my heart and i want to be with you...i busted out laughing...how pathetic is that?? how sad....what do u think?

My husband is in school full time and I work full time to support us. Several nights a week he will stay out until 12 or 1am studying. Sometimes I call him and he is out with friends from class; he says they just got done studying and they are just relaxing for a little while. Meanwhile, I am the one who has to take care of the house/pets/bills/etc because he says he doesn't have time since he has to study. Last night he had a final for one of his classes at 6pm. He still wasn't home by 10pm, so I gave him a call. He was out celebrating with classmates. I asked him why he didn't call me to join him, and he just said that by then they were too far away for me to join. I told him that he was "in trouble", and he said he was fine with that - then he didn't come home until 3am. I have told my husband many times that I get hurt and worried when he doesn't call to tell me what he is doing. He doesn't seem to care. I know my hubby deserves time with the guys, but what about me?

I want to ask about the usage of word "yet". What does it mean? Is it just for emphasize or is there any other functions?

My first languange is not english and in my 1st languange there is no word that can substitute the word "yet" in English.

Some example:
"I havent done my homework yet." Can we omit "yet" here?

"Dont buy PS3 - yet". I read it in the newspaper. What that "yet" means?

"Yet another bla bla bla "

Maybe you can give some more example of the usage of "yet"

Had for 3 yrs. Male 13 yrs. Shakes barks and messes the floor when left home. I leave the door open so he can have in and out if he wants. My neighborhood association will not tolerate a barking dog in the yard. I work from home. No sched for him to get use to. Shakes in the car. OK for two hrs in the car. Ate seat belts B-4. Tried pills. They work on me not him. Tried herbs. Tried what the dog shrink said for 2 months no-go. Tried rewards. Tried acupuncture. Now I pay a B-B sitter when I cannot take him. I am going broke or I will have no social life. Anyone out there that can help ?

Here's mine: I was 75% finished with my final project and accidentally hit "a wrong key" and my whole screen went blank. I though Omg! There's no way I could redo and finish the whole thing in the 15-20 minutes I had left and get a passing grade on the final. So I had to tell the teacher and hope that she could get my work back. I knew enough not to hit another key. She eventually got it back and I made a "B" in the course. I usually have a 4.0.
