What was your most embarrassing computer experience?

Here's mine: I was 75% finished with my final project and accidentally hit "a wrong key" and my whole screen went blank. I though Omg! There's no way I could redo and finish the whole thing in the 15-20 minutes I had left and get a passing grade on the final. So I had to tell the teacher and hope that she could get my work back. I knew enough not to hit another key. She eventually got it back and I made a "B" in the course. I usually have a 4.0.

Mine is being at work and accidentally clicking on something and getting a bunch of porn pop ups with clients in my office. also forgeting the volume is up on my speakers when people send me gag emails and having my computer make a really loud farting noise

Firstly sweetie, yours is not embarassing. Maybe a little unfortunate but not embarrassing.

Mine: My brother (this is last year when i was living at home) has a lot of porn on the computer. We constantly had viruses and I kept telling him it was because of the porn. Well he had the computer so f-ed up that i couldn't even fix. I could only access the computer on manager mode. Horrible experience! Well I called dell and he then took over the computer(you know they can do that these days). Well all of a sudden he bursts out laughing. He had went into my brothers account and found all of his porn. I was so embarrassed. Although he never said anything to me directly I knew what it was. He then put me on hold about two minutes later. I am sure to laugh hysterically and show all his office buddies. Try having an Arab laugh at you because of your brothers dirty habits. Now that takes the cake.

My computer was having a problem at that time: it always shut down itself and I always save the files. Then there was this evaluation I made less than an hour before going to school and it took me a hard time making it. I was finish already it and i already save the file and it shut down. I was relieved that i saved it. Then, when I opened it, what displayed was different characters and I was so frustrated at that time.

Another is that I edited this movie for days (almost a week). And I was almost 3/4 done. And the computer just suddenly shut down. When i opened the file, it said "Project damaged". And i was again, frustrated.

i was doing my 12 pages reseach paper, due next day.
out of sudden computer blue screen. after restart computer, HDD can not be found. finally, i went to school library at 7 in the morning and redo all over again in 5 hours. my grade: A+

My aunt who did not have a computer came over to use my word processor for a paper she was writing for work.

She typed for a good 2 hours straight. He son who was about 5-6 years old. Came over and started watching her work. (He was ready to go him) He then reached over and turned the word processor off. No she had not saved a thing and was almost done.

After they left I had a good laugh.
