Here it goes,

I am 113-114 lbs, and am 5'3". I've always enjoyed exercising (particularly since middle school) and consider myself to be a healthy eater, but I can't seem to flatten my upper abs. My lower abs could use some toning, but my upper abs need it the most for no matter how well I eat, or how well I exercise, they seem to appear "swollen". This makes my ribs look as if they are sticking out (not horribly so, but still) and/or are round and soft. The only time when my abs seem to be the flattest are in the mornings, after getting up. (Almost as if laying down for eight hours helps "flatten" them out.)
Anyway, I am wondering if there is a certain type of exercise, or diet, or whatever, that could help remedy this problem.

Thanks

I found it in the words of my fellow yahoo ppl:

"The theory of evolution has NEVER contributed positively to ANY field of science whatsoever." -Christo

"The whole evolution scenario is ultimately Satan's diversion from belief in God"

"I wish evolution wasn't discussed on R&S, it really has no place." -d_chino_m

" Yes, I do believe in every single word in the holy Quran."-Yellow!

"Some people in the Bible lived to be 900+ years old"-Pamela

No wonder the church wants to ban evolution in school !!!!!!!!

My boyfriend has always been expressive saying he loves me. One night about two months ago, he had a single tear running down his face one night and I asked what was wrong. He said "I'm just crying because I know you don't love me." I didn't know what to say because I wasn't ready to say it yet, but I did feel it (unfortunately I had some past baggage at the time). I know now that I should have said it, but it's all hindsight now.

I recently told him that I love him though (about three weeks ago). He said he was happy because he never thought I would say it and that this changes everything. Then he said he loved me, but he needed to think for awhile. Well, he hasn't called or returned my calls in almost two weeks...

What do you make of this???

Up to recently, my household had 5 makes of mobile phone, not one that can share a charger, usb or headphone.
We decided to use one make only to eliminate the clutter.

I suppose this applies to gaming consoles as well (eg: SP2 cannot save SP1 games and cannot use SP1 memory card. Console gamepads are incompatable with PCs)

Doesn't it make sense to go from Off to Low, then Medium, and then High? Why start with High? Is there a reason or story behind this?

I was reading a survey on Netscape yesterday where people talked about their sexual experiences. A recurring theme was guys whose fantasy was to have their wives/girlfriends have sex with other men, thern tell them about it. (ewww) It got them really hot & horny. To each his own (or not) and everything but I cannot fathom what the thrill of this is. Seems like everyhting from sociology to eveolutionary biology would argue that the last thing a male would want would be to share a mate with aniother male. After all, the mating drive is about propogating your *own* DNA to the exclusion of others. I just don't get how this is such a common phenom. I'm not overly jealous, and yes, if it was another femme instead of a guy I might be interested, but this? Yuck.

I read in a newspaper that many people experience loneliness and depression when season is changing and winters are due.

Is that true? Why does it so?
