More then likely not although there is alot of people in the world who are similar to each other or almost doubles and they are not even realated but the actual intercourse durring your pregnency with a diffrent man will in no way have an affect on what the baby will look like.

Nope sorry but the real father will bear all the true identity coz of the generic composition. God kept it this way to avoid such cases of others blaming preg. on the wrong guy.
