He is the 'Bearer of Light' and God of the Evening Star and Morning Star. He denies any connection with SATAN or any scaly tailed entity with horns.

Under the Greeks he was the gleaming God PHOSPHEROS.

Now I have no problem with Satan, but isn't it a bit unfair towards Lucifer to associate him with something he is not?

What I mean is this...
I can love someone, but when I "adore" them, I know that they are at a level few people have reached in my life.
So, do you have a "word" that lets you know that someone has reachest the highest emotional level possible with you?

Okay... My boyfriend is sick (details below if you really care) and I wan to put something together for him. I asked people what to do earlier and this is what it all came down to. What to do you think I should put together as a gift for him?

Soup.... a must have.
A Get Well Card... a must have.

Small Teddy Bear- some guys suggested it, but I don't want it to be gay.... just nice.
Chocolate Chip/Peanut Butter cookies
Book I know he'll like if he hasn't already read it.
A few rented videos games.
Car magazine (he loves to look at cars...as in style, not mechanics. Know of any mags?)
Joke book.
Anti-Itch Cream (probably already has some)
"Coupon" for a date once he's well (bookstores have them all the time!).
Flowers (like I said, some guys said it. But, I don't want it to be gay)

Those are my options.... certainly not all of them. So, what do you think I should include?

I don't have terrible credit, but it's not spotless. We've been late on two credit card payments (my husband didn't get paid for two months). If we want to buy a house in 1-2 years, will that be enough to keep us from getting a mortgage? How bad does your credit have to be to have to get a "bad credit mortgage"?

I have recently been receiving thumbs down on responses that I give that are merely historical facts about things and nothing more, or the dictionary definition of something with the facts to it, so why are people giving it thumbs down?

How is it that some women are so thin that they literaly appear to be ribless? I myself am thin, but I have a large body and sometimes I feel embarrased to wear tight tops or bikinis because of how my rib cage slightly pops out. Is there some secret that i should know of to help conceal them???

I was sitting on the train, and this really lovely girl was sitting a couple of seats away. There was nobody between us.

Well, our eyes sorta met and she flashed a smile at me. She looked like she was either not feeling very well (hung over?) or maybe depressed...

I was listening to my iPod... and i was going to just hand her my headphones and cue up "You're Beautiful" by James Blunt... just because she looked like she needed to know it. You know?

If somebody pulled this on you, what would you think?

Romantic? Sweet? Too forward? Too crazy? Too much?

I started feeling movement at 16 weeks, not knowing exactly what it was. At about 19 weeks, the movement really became constant and there hasn't been even a couple hours until this point that I haven't feel her move quite a bit. I noticed yesterday that I didn't have any movement. But, now I'm having a lot of inward pain, I can barely sit up and don't even talk about trying to bend over. I feel as though I've just run a marathon, and even my back is hurting today. Do you think the baby shifted? She was sideways a week ago when we did the ultrasound. I'm just so worried, the doctor's were actually quite surprised at how active she was, and I worry about the umbillical cord wrapping itself around her neck. I just think I need to some reassurance that everything is alright. How many babies make it if the umbillical cord gets wrapped around the neck?
Thank you

I have noticed that some people have the amazing ability to have a phone conversation in a room full of people without bystanders overhearing the conversation. How do you do that?
Everytime I try to lower my voice, i usually have the person on the phone asks me to speak louder and then I'm back to square one.
I always end up having to leave the room to have confidential conversations.
Please help!!!
p.s.-this question is for a landline and yes, I'm worse on the cell phone.
