I don't think you should but I think someone should be there with her when she does tell them maybe you can tell her you'll come with her or if she has another relative she trusts to help her tell her parents good luck

the responsibility is not with you to tell her parents. i would persuade her to tell another authoritative figure such as maybe a school counselor or nurse if she is afraid to tell. regardless, the parents will find out. If you are 12 i am guessing she is around the same age which is EXTREMELY to young to be having a child. She needs to get the proper care and medical attention for carrying this baby and only a adult can help her. If she doesnt, she can put the baby and herself in danger. I assume that a 12 year old girl wouldnt know the first thing with nourishing a fetus and her own body. If she doesn't want to tell anyone, you can call her school anonymously and tell one of the counselor's there and then they will work down to her.

No, do not ever betray a friend, it is not up to you to tell her parents. But you can confide in your parents to do the right thing. Let one of your parents know, this will ease you mind, and place the responsibility on an adult. It will also show your parents you are a concerned teen with growing reponsibility, your trust will be affirmed with them. Good Luck!

How old is she? The best thing to do is to be there for here. Yea her parents need to know but she is the one that is pregnant so she has to tell them...It would make matters worse if you told them becasue they would still confront her and it will stress her and she doesnt need that. Best thing is to convince her once she tells her parents alot will be lifted off her and you are going to stand beside her 100%.

I know you must care about your friend, but it is really not your business to tell her parents. This is her thing to deal with. If she is old enough to have sex and get pregnant, she is able to tell her own parents. They will find out eventually. She really can't keep it a secret for too long.

I would tell an adult. Probably a school counselor because your friend and child need medical care during her pregnancy. You shouldn't shoulder this responsibility by yourself and parents are more understanding that what you give us credit for. Her parents won't be happy for several reasons but I believe they will still love her and help her through this pregnancy.

They are her parents and she needs to do it,maybe you could come over one day and tell her parents that she has something to talk to them about and then they can ask her ( if she is put on the spot she might crack) If not then, they will find out when she starts to show anyway. Good luck.

No.
You should mind your own business.
You can talk to her about telling her parents and let her know you'll be there for her if she decides to....but it should be her decision...not yours.
