Hi.. I have a problem with driving... everytime i have to go somewhere, or when some1 asks me to pick them up etc, i get scared, nd when im driving i get so overwhelmed by all the cars, and i it makes me nervous, nd i feel like sthg bad is gonna happen.. Ok when i was a first began to drive, i thought the fear is normal, and with time it will go away, but its been 2yrs, and its getting worse..... i hate the fear nd sometimes i feel that i will get hurt if i get so overwhelmed and nervous when driving..... i dont know wat to do..... i need help

I am going to buy a big-bandwidth internet connection, and I was wondering how could I split it. Is the device that I need called a hub? And how does that work, I connect the hub to my home line and then and computer that needs internet bandwidth to the hub? And how will the hub split the available bandwidth? Can I tell it where to give more?

i use to be really thin but now i have started putting on weight and started getting chubby. its really depressing, especially since i eat the same amount but my metabolism has reduced a lot. i took up swimming to control my weight and get fit, but still i feel a bit uncomfortable.
any suggestions?

legal advice about filing a complaint against a realtor
hello every body and thanks for reading my question.
I was about to buy a property in Glendale California. The property is presented by the sellers agents in MLS website as three units. We also gave the seller an offer for three units. The property in fact has three units but in title it says it is two legal units we went to city and verified that it is two units. It means one of the units is not legal. The seller never told me anything about this problem and initially they were saying that I can easily fix this problem in title. How ever people in city said that there is no guaranty that the problem is fixable and they may force the owner to change the property into two units any time.
Now the seller says either back up or buy the property as it is. I already opened an escrow and paid for inspection and appraisal.
I wonder who is in charge here I called California board of realtors but they said you must be an agent to file a complaint against another agent and we don’t provide legal advice to public. My agent does not like to go against another agent and believes I should forget about the money I spend which is almost 1000 dollar and also the amount of time I put for this property.
I don’t know what to do. I appreciate if somebody can help me with this issue thank you very much.

I was replacing a light fixture last night. I turned of the switch and (like an idiot) didn't deactivate the breaker because I needed the light in that part of the house. Anyway, after I had the old light completely off the thing popped. Now the whole section of the house won't go back on when I flip the breaker on. Do I need to restore the circuit through the empty light fixture? Is it possible that I blew ou the wiring for that section of my home?

I've just bought two boxes of reeds via eBay and I've been playing with one of the new reeds for two days, but I'm finding it very difficult. The new reeds are the correct bB ones of my normal grade (one and a half) but the new reed feels much stiffer than my old ones. It definitely needs more lip pressure and harder blowing.

I know from experience that changing to a new reed can sometimes be a bit difficult and that it can take some getting used to. However the new one is more difficult than any I’ve found in the past. Perhaps it's also aggravated by changing brands. I played with Rico Royals before, but the new ones are Ri Yin Jing Yan China.

Can anyone give me any advice, please? Should I just persevere with the new reeds, or are there perhaps some "trade" secrets that I don't know about for breaking them in?. Soaking them in water or scraping them or whatever? I've been learning the clarinet for a few years, but I’m not an experienced player. I don't have a teacher.
