Listen to some really sad songs have a good cry. Then it will occur to me "what the hell am I doing!" I'll soon snap myself out of it. If not retail therapy!

just stay home listen to music watch a movie and think....or I try to get my self in the top again and get my self fixed and go and hang out with my friends...
usually this make me feel better after a few hours...
