Is it legal for an organisation you and your spouse already work for to make a policy against hiring couples, and try to use the policy to force one of you out of the job, or into a lower paying job at the same organisation? Are the rules different for organisations that receive money from the federal government than they would be for a privately owned company? Where can I find the laws that apply to this situation?

My friend needs new door seals for her Sunfire. Where would she be able to find them and are they had to replace. Her's are cracked and her doors freeze shut. I think the easiest way to fix it is to replace the seals since her's are hard and don't have the softness to them anymore.

Well yeah it's basically what it says. There is this guy I really like and I'm 14. I liked him at the end of 7th grade which was a couple of years ago. I still like him but the thing is I don't know how to talk to him. I think about it all the time but he is always with his friends that really makes it hard and you know he isn't exactly in any of my classes. I also see him before school starts, during lunch, and a few times getting picked from school, but again he is always with his friends. I wish I wasn't so shy. I can't do that thing like get your friend to talk to him or whatever because I don't have anyone I get to do that. How can I just talk to him alone? Even that though, what do I say? Should I say Hey haven't I seen you before or what? All of a sudden life has just gotten so complicated. In 7th grade he would say hi to me in the hallways, now I don't even know if he knows who I am. If you have any idea about what I should do please let me know I am so depressed.

I've been married for over a month now but husband still doesnot have sex with me!..he says he wants to but never actually does it!...prior to getting married we lived together for almost 4-5years, and had sex a couple of times, then stopped as he was afraid that I would get pregnant..I cannot take birth control(for medical reasons)...I though he would change after we got married...apart from this he is a very loving and caring person, he is fun to be with...and he loves company!...so we rarely get to spend time with each other..even if we do, we will be doing something like watching a movie etc...Im feeling quite frustrated and angry...I dont think I can take anymore of this...We have talked about this problem, but everytime he says "it will happen, dont worry"...I cant leave his cos I really love him, and know that he loves me...What do I do to show him that it's a problem for me, and that I will have to change if he continues to act like this?....

I took a confirm clearly preg. test and got a positive, but when i went 2 the doctor a few hours later i took another urine test and got a negative. i found alot of people over da net saying dis test gives false positives but i have all the symptoms of being pregnant and my period hasn't been right for four months. could i still be preg? and could the doctors urine test be wrong even though i took it at what would be 12 weeks preg.?

When we (Christians) try to tell ya'll and inform you of the TRUTH about God, how can you say it's forcing? I mean dont get me wrong; I know there are some christians out there that, while they mean good, their method of getting the message across doesnt go over well. But most of what they say is the truth. So how is it forcing if it's the truth?
It's like telling an overweight person he/she needs to lose weight and the person doesnt want to hear about excercise and stuff. Just becuase ya'll dont have faith and have hard hearts doesnt make what we say any less the truth; even if some arent wise in the way they come across. Majority, if not all the time, it's becuase we care;as long as God care about you,then you can gaurantee men and women of God will continue to care.

The question again: forcing or caring? And why?
