It is a dance move that is hard to explain with text. you put one foot facing foward and the other right behind it and go back and forth on each foot.
I dont even get what i wrote...maybe there is a youtube video for it.

its a dance that was done by some of Charlie Browns gang in the Christmas special and it gained a cult following of sorts

u put on foot in front of the other and alternate hopping between each foot.
its really hard to explain in words...
