Hi. Let me explain what my company does. It gives each employee an "evaluation" every "anniversary date" (the day of the year that they started working for the company) and they get a score. This score tells them what percentage of a raise they will get. Then, they tell the employee that the raise will "show up" on the next paycheck or two. Here's the problem. A lot of people don't get their raises in this period of time. The lag ranges from two months to a year! Once, a co-worker of mine complained, after he hadn't gotten his raise in 6 months. He went to see the floor manager, who told him not to worry, and then he proceeded to pick up someone else's evaluation from his desk and said, "Look! This person hasn't gotten their's in 8 months!" as if it was common practice and there was nothing wrong with it. My question is, is holding someone's raise when it's due legal? I mean, can they get in big trouble for it? And, who can I contact to get this matter resolved? Thanks!

I need a chart on blending colors and what colors they make after blending.. For EXAMPLE: red + yellow= orange

Is it truely possible to levitate off the ground a few inches? I have a good friend who can truely levitate which is ******* sweet and he said that he strains all of his muscles adn pulls up and thinks about going up and levitates. Iv tried that and started to go up but cant leave the ground. is it possible to really levitate without being phsycic or wutever those special people are who can do it mentally?

Probably a really dumb question-I've said it so no one else has to, thanks-but I never use IE, ever. I can't even access my school's site on it. Can I just unistall it? Is that even possible? Would that shut my computer down? I have Time Warner/Road Runner, not aol but someone told me that microsoft pre-installs IE on every computer. Thank you for your help.

Its all very well for the courts to send back Misbah but life in Pakistan is a lot better than in cold Scotland. She will have a much better social life and a lot more friends there than over here.She will be with her brothers and sisters so her mother is being selfish. I know she loves her daughter but she should do what is best for her not for herself. I have lived in India and know that life there is a lot better than here. Sometimes we are brought to places to live through circumstances and not choice. Not meaning to offend anyone...sorry if I have.

After 8 months, I saw my ex boyfriend at the university campus that we both attend. He seemed REALLY happy to see me, he was smiling and looking deeply into my eyes, he kept asking me all these questions. I kinda seemed annoyed. At the end of the conversation, he said "give me a shoutout and we can do something", & I just looked at him, and he said "yeah we can see a movie together or anything you want", I just said bye and walked away. He was the one who dumped me 8 months ago. HE was the one who dumped me. But he would still say hi to me on msn but he doesn’t say hi that much anymore.We never went past kissing cuz he knew I wanna save sex for marriage. Since that day on school, he hasn’t tried to contact me, even on msn just to say hi, so does that mean that all his happiness & “let’s see a movie” was fake? I would NEVER ask him out, but do u think he will ever ask me to hang out with him?
He's online on msn now, shoudl I talk to him?
