If a woman tells you that she isn't permiscuous but you sense she is how would you find out?

I was going out with a woman that likes to be social. How can you tell if she is sexually active even though she says she isn't? She did say she would like to meet a highly sexual guy and seems to know a lot about kuma sutra, tantra sex and sexual massages, is that normal. She is 50 and tells me she has had only 3 lovers in a long time, maybe since high school. How to you trust someone like her if your gut feeling tells you that she would jump in the sack with a guy if the opportunity was there and she was attracted to him? I guess I would do the same thing, we are both single and can do what we want sexually right we are not engaged or married.
Leave the jealousy, negative ego out of it and leave it alone until your willing to make a commitment to each other? Explore like the old saying go and sow all your wild oats and then you will get it out of your system, but at 50?

In psychology texts, the word "inadequate" keeps appearing i.e.?

boyfriend problems....?

Me and my boy of 2 1/2 year are takeing a "brake" to figure out stuff and find out who we are separetly...
