no only in cartoons.

In Naruto yes but in real life there is no such thing as the byukugan. It is a rare trait superior than the sharingan only in the hyuuga clan.

No but some people use their eyes and muscles to read minds and predict future movements if they are touching like a sharingan. This technique is called hellstromnism
