I hate that feeling so much. I am definately smart enough, bright enough, and have PLENTY of time to study and do my homework and get good grades if not perfect grades, but I dont. I just don't know whats wrong with me. And when I sit down to do my homework I can't focus on it for more than 2 minutes. Its annoying, I want to do it but I cant. No idea what it is, please help. Thanks.

My little girl understands everything I tell her but she does not talk. She doesn't even attempt to say anything. She does make noise with her mouth but it sounds like "ah-ah-ah" We are scheduled to see a speech pathologist in 2 weeks. I have taught her a few basic sign language signs and she will use them but I want her to speak not sign. I am getting really concerned because when I compare her to other kids her age they are staring to make sentences and she doesnt even have one word mastered. I know I shouldnt compare her but it is difficult and others have pointed it out to me several times. I am trying to be repetitive with our daily routines and say the same things over and over but nothing seems to help. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Okay, so my parents have really high paying jobs, so we live in a big house with a pool and a 3 car garage and all that stuff. But I'm still in high school, so I was wondering if it is really that imporant to finish my high school because if my parents have lot's of money doesn't that mean they will give me some or something? Because my friend at school said they proabaly invest or something and then they put it in like an account that's all for me, because she said her parents do that. I'm know it sounds selfish and lazy, but what would be the point of going to college or w/e and trying to get a high paying job when I am guranteed alot of my parent's money? SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY. No stupid answers because i really want to know if it's true about that thnig.

I'm doing a report on drunk driving which is considered a tort in new jersey. I know misdemeanors and torts go on your criminal record, but do torts? Plus would DUI still be considered a tort if you kill someone?

From what I understand torts are more of private wrongs that allow the individuals to sue for compensation. If you commit a criminal tort, it is not a crime, but then what is it?

The reason I believe Randy will win is because he is the best coice to face John Cena at Wrestlemania because those two have never faced each other at a pay per veiw match and they would work well together and could very well become the next Austin-vs.-Rock. I think Randy Orton will win at Wrestlemania. Also, another reason I think Randy will win the Royal Rumble is because the other legitamate contenders to win all have reasons why they wont. I will list them:
John Cena: Not likely to lose his title before the Royal Rumble.
Umaga: Likely to be Cena's opponent for the WWE Title at the Royal Rumble so he is out.
Batista: Obvious reason.
Triple H: I doubt they will give it to someone who already won. Plus, he really needs to go a while longer without the Title.
Carlito: Not being promoted well enough to be the winner. Plus, he needs to stay in the IC division a while longer.
Johnny Nitro: See Carlito
Shelton Benjamin: See Carlito
Bobby Lashley: Likely to win the ECW Title
