This is an investment in Central America....you invest 40K in 5 acres of new Teak with thinnings at 12, 15 and 20 years with full harvest at 25 years...the thinnings are negligable return but the 25 year payout is promised at 12-20%. All land maintenance and harvesting is included. Sounds too good to be true, is it?

I just purchased a used park avenue. The a/c compressor works and the lines get cold, but the fans do not blow inside the car. They don't even come on. What could be the problem? The fans have been tested and they are good. Is the blower a module or relay? Help, Please.

this question is only for woman who have used the ovulation calandars to try to have a prefered gender..
what i want to know is did it work for you...
i had sex only one day in a whole month..and it was on the first day of ovulation on a ovulation calandar....so it should be a girl
ive tried to find a site that tested that theory..but didnt find one.

I am looking for clinics / health providers who offer Gardasil (HPV vaccine) in Los Angeles and surrounding surburbs. I know Planned Parenthood of San Diego has it - but wasn't able to find any information on PP Los Angeles.

I've also tried googling and although found an article that said 44 sites in LA has been given the vaccine (including several clinics), I can't find any information on where exactly Gardasil is offered. I am more than happy to pay the fee.

So I guess my question is: Where in Los Angeles can I get the Gardasil vaccine?!

I am on birth control, but I managed to mess up my pills and since I didn't realized I messed them up, I continued to have sex without other back protection. I am 2 weeks late on my period, I have bad cramps in my stomach and lower back. I usually don't get back pain before or during my period, but I do get MILD stomach cramps right before my period. I took 2 tests and they came out negative. I have been antibiotics for almost 2 weeks as well. Do you think there is a connection? I have been more tired than usual for teh last about 2 weeks as well. anyone know whats going on with me? ~Thanks

i'm having a dinner party for about 8-10 friends, i will be serving meatballs & pepperoni chunks in homemade sauce with garlic bread for an appetizer, 2 kinds of homemade lasagna (1 with pepperoni,mozzerella cheese& meat sauce &1 with ricotta cheese filling ) as well as a salad with bell peppers, olives,mozzerella cheese, tomatoes, & cucumbers with an italian herb dressing for dinner but am completely clueless as what to serve for dessert !!!! i'm pretty good at baking & am looking for something that will compliment the flavors of dinner ,but be easy to make or be able to made the day before !!!
please help !!!!!!!!

PIZZA HUT'S PAPER-THIN CRUST

FOR THE PIZZA DOUGH/CRUST:
2 cups water (105 degrees F) 40 degrees Celsius
1/2 teaspoon yeast
4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups cake flour (self raising)
3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil plus more for pans (trays)
2 teaspoons salt
FOR THE PIZZA SAUCE:
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

TO PREPARE THE DOUGH:
Add the yeast to 1/4 cup of the warm water and set aside to proof. Combine the proofed yeast mixture and remaining ingredients in a mixer and knead for 10 minutes. Place in large bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Allow to ferment as long as possible (12-24 hours). Punch down dough now and then when you get the chance.

TO PREPARE THE PIZZA SAUCE:
Mix the ingredients for the pizza sauce together well and refrigerate for about 1 hour before use. If using with breadsticks, warm the sauce before serving.
