I dread the holiday season sometimes because of certain relatives. They are nice enough to invite everyone to their house for dinner however, they keep offering you food after you said "no thank you" or you telll them you don't like or eat a certain food. I went to my aunt's house one year after I had eaten dinner at another house. I was stuffed. My aunt kept putting desserts in front of me after I said I had already eaten. I told her I would take them home and eat them at another time. She kept asking me was I sick and why wasn't I eating. Hello? I just told you I ate before I came. Why won't people listen?

Is there anyone else out there that experiences this annoyance.. Do I have a strange aura? What the hell !!!! I swear I am the target for weirdos on the street to come up and just start talking to me.. In the last few days I was just walking down the street minding my own business.. First a peddler bugs me for change.. I keep walking.. then some black dude says excuse me.. excuse me.. I dont want no money just hold on man.. im like WTF.. so he says.. you know where I can get any weed? WTF! I dont friggin think I have a look that says I smoke weed.. he didnt walk up to the other 5 people in front of me that walked by.. what the frickin hell? then yesterday in st. louis my dad and I are just admiring the Edward Jones dome and some black dude walks up and starts babbling at me.. not at my dad.. but at me.. WTF!

Im dating this guy and he can not make up his mind. he can not decide if he wants to move forward with me or go back with his ex. because i have such strong feelings for him Im willing to stick around even though i know this may not turn out to be in my favor. the thing is turkey day is coming and she is comign back to town. I asked him how he felt about it and if they were going to see eachother. i thought it was a harmless question. we are romatically involved but he is also a friend.

he finds it weird that i would ask that. he thinks there is more to my question than i am letting on. i dont see it. he thinks im trying to save face and act like i care when i dont. he thinks im pushing him more towards her so that we are no longer in limbo. thats insane! why the hell would i do that? i really do care and i want him to be happy whether it be with me or her. i mean duh! i hope its me. but i have to be realistic, i am not guaranteed anything.

If a person was involved in an accident and they did not have car insurance, will other insurance companies know? Like, if a person was trying to get car insurance on a different car, will that insurance company know about the accident, or is it not on record?

I watched an interview with the two men who were the blunt of Micheal Richard's racial attack. They say they won't forgive him and they don't accept his apology. They hired a slick lawyer that want's him to appear in front of a retired judge (alá Judge Judy) and have him defend the undefendable so he would have to pay money out to these two guys. I certainly agree that he was dead wrong in his racial attack of these two people but come on, the guy groveled on national TV and admitted that he has a problem that he wants to work out and apologized. Besides that his career is now gone. What are your thoughts?

I'm doing a part time MA in Film which I started September 2005.

It consists of 4 essays of 4000 words each and a 20,000 word dissertation. Although I have a choice of actually making a film instead of doing a written dissertation.

I have a film I want to make which is really the only reason I started this course. I figured if I was going to make a film, why not do it as part of a university course and get a degree out of it?

But the course was advertised as a 'Taught MA' and the only contact I had was 8 weeks of seminars at the start, doing 3 modules that were optional for me, and none had anything to do with film. My supervisor has little knowledge of film and I have had little contact with him. Plus they do not like lending me cameras when I have filming to do - I get them for very short amounts of time and must prove it is for academic work.

I can't believe I paid £3000 for this. If I drop out now, even at this relatively late stage, could I get my fees back?

I drive around 20000-30000 miles every year and only in B class roads. Some A-class roads at times, but Motorways on ly on holidays etc.
So is it a BMW 525D, or 270CDI mercedez ? Comfort and handling is important - I am not that worried about performance.
