I am very fond of chinese cooking and would experiment at home anything i 'd taste, but i am wondering what's best :

-Using fresh ginger , chili and garlic or using the paste version?
-while using spring onion, is it for decoration( at the end of cooking) or does it actually influence the taste of the dish ?

Finally how to cook pork meat without it going hard ?( like sweet and sour pork)

If you believe Jesus (PBUH) died on the cross. Why on EARTH do you wear crosses, bow down in church in front of crosses & cross yourselves? (Ok, I know only Catholics do some of those). But my point is, if you love Jesus (PBUH) as you claim, surely you should despise the cross & all that IT stands for? Granted you believe that Jesus died on it, but that should make you love HIM, not his method of being killed. Its like someone loving a gun because someone they loved was killed by a gun. Comments?

I've been sleeping with a married man and his wife just had a baby he brought the baby over for me to see,I think his wife has been cheating on him because its the ugliest baby ive ever seen,it couldnt possibly be his its got a huge round cone head and it looks kind of c.o.c.k eyed and its skin is swarthy ( like an uglier midget version of George Lopez)....and my b/f is white...how should i tell him he should get a DNA test without sounding mean about it??????? and if he asks why i told him that should i tell him theres no way that ugly baby could be his?? or should i make up and excuse?? and what should i say?
