Files, videos, pictures that are deleted goes into the recycle bin. If it is deleted out of the recycle bin, is it gone permanently?

If you delete the pages that you have visited in the history section when you go into the tools , internet options section and you delete all those files and cookies...is that also permanent?

How do I get rid of the abovementioned stuff permanently?

Thank YOU!!!

**WARNING! EXPLICIT CONTENT! GO HOME KIDS!**

One day a young man and woman were in their bedroom making love. All of a sudden a bumblebee entered the bedroom window. As the young lady parted her legs the bee entered her vagina.
The woman started screaming "Oh my God, help me, there's a bee in my vagina!" The husband immediately took her to the local doctor and explained the situation.
The doctor thought for a moment and said "Hmm, tricky situation. But I have a solution to the problem if young sir would permit." The husband being very concerned agreed that the doctor could use whatever method to get the bee out of his wife's vagina.
The doctor said "OK, what I'm gonna do is rub some honey over the top of my penis and insert it into your wife's vagina. When I feel the bee getting closer to the tip of my penis I shall withdraw it and the bee should hopefully follow my penis out of your wife's vagina. The husband nodded and gave his approval.
The young lady said "Yes, Yes, whatever, just get on with it." So the doctor, after covering the tip of his penis with honey, inserted it into the young lady's vagina. After a few gentle strokes, the doctor said, "I don't think the bee has noticed the honey yet. Perhaps I should go a bit deeper." So the doctor went deeper and deeper.
After a while the doctor began shafting the young lady very hard indeed. The young lady began to quiver with excitement. She began to moan and groan aloud. The doctor, concentrating very hard, looked like he was enjoying himself, he then put his hands on the young lady's breasts and started making loud noises.
The husband at this point suddenly became very annoyed and shouted, "Now wait a minute! What the Hell do you think you're doing?"
The doctor, still concentrating, replied, "Change of plan. I'm gonna drown the bastard!"

I am doing a specialist study on trauma, with reference to complex PTSD. I believe it is possible to understand the type of event that caused the original trauma from observing the patient's response to subsequent (perceived as threatening) events. For example when PTSD was caused by an event involving being trapped indoors, under some circumstances claustrophobia may result.

I want, if possible to determine if the symptom can be used as an accurate determinant of the type of event that caused the injury. Are there any studies, books or papers that have been published on this area? Any sources would be really helpful.

Also, I'd be interested to know if there is a reliable definition of the boundary between the uncontrolled sudden PTSD reaction to an event, and the stimulation of an alter personality in Dissociative Identity Disorder. Is it just a matter of the time taken to respond to the threatening event? Again any written sources would be great

there would be far less cases of child sexual abuse in churches?

In the JW religion, children are taught the Bible by their parents, as well as with their parents during five different meetings a week. They are not separated from the adults to learn just Bible stories, but are treated as equal to the adults in learning the Bible..

Aside from what you may or may not think of their beliefs, by teaching children in this manner, there is no opportunity for an adult to take advantage of a child. Wouldn't this be a better way for all religions to do. Having the children learn from the parents creates a closer bond between them. Teaching children, as well as teenagers, right along side their parents, shows respect for the ability of these young folks to learn.

There would not be a need to place children into a position where someone other than their parents would have any power over them, and shouldn't that be the ultimate goal, to protect the children?

Thinkers are ones that make you go back in your memory, or come up with an actual statement to support your answer....."If you won the lottery/caught your spouse cheating/had only a short time to live, etc., what would you do and why?"

No-brainers are ones you can answer without giving it much thought......"Do you like cheese/is it raining where you are/are you breathing", etc."?
