Files, videos, pictures that are deleted goes into the recycle bin. If it is deleted out of the recycle bin, is it gone permanently?

If you delete the pages that you have visited in the history section when you go into the tools , internet options section and you delete all those files and cookies...is that also permanent?

How do I get rid of the abovementioned stuff permanently?

Thank YOU!!!

No, you can get what ever you have deleted form the recycle bin by installing software like 'i Recovery', the data you deleted will be there on the hard disc sectors until you store new files in that sector. So you have to install the software and recover the files as soon as you realize you have accidentally deleted some useful files.

Yes when you delete things out of the recycle bin, or history in the Internet option this will permanently delete you files.

if you hold down the shift key and delete key this will also permanently delete things

Hope this helps

the only way you can get things back are whether you have recently done a backup of your system. sometimes system restore doesn't work well

Ok, supposedly things get dumped forever from your computer if you pass them out to the recycle bin. But, there's something microsoft failed to tell us.
These days there are some things called recovery discs, which would basically scann all the data in the Hard Drive and undo the encryption your computer has automatically done in order for those files to be erased. So the things aren't erased permanently.

One thing you can do to get rid of unwanted stuff is to, first make a defragmentation of your hard drive. This would keep things in order withing your HD's encryption.
So, go to: Start->All Programs->Accesories->System tools-> disk defragmenter

once you get to do that make a disc clean up if you need it. Go to: Start->All Programs->Accessories->System tools->disc clean up

No they are not... they are just marked as an area of the disk that could be overwritten... if you need to get something back that was deleted... there are many free programs out there that will search your disk so you can recover the info.... if you did delete something you were not supposed to do not add anything to your PC until you recover it or you risk writing over it.....

CNET.com under downloads has some free programs for getting your info back

To delete forever.. also go to cnet.com... look for a wiping program.. it will write over the blank areas two or three times... poof gone.....

Absolutely not. They can be recovered. Tuneup Utilities is a software that can do that and also that software can delete a file permanantly. Try it.
